WBO Service is hiring an Order Picker (Days) in Charlotte, NC. This full-time position pays $19–$23 per hour. No experience required. Paid training is provided.

Duties

• Pick and prepare customer orders

• Pack and label warehouse products

• Check orders for accuracy

• Use handheld scanning devices

• Organize inventory and supplies

• Prepare shipments for dispatch

• Keep work areas clean and safe

Qualifications

• No experience required

• Basic reading and math skills

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Reliable attendance

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Availability for daytime shifts

Nice to Have

• Previous warehouse experience

• Familiarity with RF scanners

• Basic inventory knowledge
